Machine Vision
Visual inspection is the most widespread technique used in assessing the quality of a component. This is often done manually onsite in production operations. Camera systems are widely implemented in industries but the visual analysis is primarily done manually.

Our machine vision solutions auto analyzes camera images and video feeds for insights in quality, productivity and compliance.
Anamoly Detection
The most common model used in our machine vision (MV) analysis is surface anamoly detection. The MV software analyzes camera images or video feeds for surface anamolies or defects based on reference data sets. With additional training on visual data, mature libraries can be formed allowing the system to identify and classifies defects. Our software uses this basis for multiple use-cases.

Applications: Surface anomaly and object detection, Surface defect detection and classification, visual analysis for magnetic particle inspection (MPI), Human tracking for monitoring standard operating protocol (SOP).
